Life Center for A New Tomorrow

April 30, 2011 | Filed under: Cannon

If you’ve done drugs and live in Cannon County, there is a place where you can go for help.

One woman contacted us recently. She needed a certificate of drug education in order to qualify for food stamps. She had been in jail for 7 months for dealing drugs.

There were many things she had done to set her life straight, such as bible courses and drug education on the internet, but when she went to the Department of Human Resources, she was told that those are not acceptable, and she needed a certificate from a qualified drug education lecturer.

They department told her that the only place she could go was the Life Center for a New Tomorrow.  Lucky for her, it’s owned by Marc who is the main presenter of the truth about drugs program!

She was given the seminar, same as is given to all students in schools, and she was so appreciative for it.  She said that she will work with us to help spread the message!  She even hooked us up with the county probation officer so that we might deliver more people out of the clutches of drugs and into a new and better life.
