Edgehill Resources Cafe Spring 2017
In the Edgehill community, when you need resources, you have them right at your fingertips. That’s what we’ve noticed in our time within this community. We’ve been to many Edgehill events, where we’ve distributed booklets, met people and spread the word about our goals for a drug-free Tennessee.
At each event we attend, there are always organizations there to present information to residents on their services. It’s such a beautiful way for the community to be connected with the resources they really need, especially for people who have a harder time getting around or don’t have transportation.
At this past event, which took place at the Midtown Hills Police Precinct, we saw many old friends, and met some new ones, too. We were able to talk with the Davidson County Property Assessor, Ms. Vivian Wilhoite, who has been doing a good job of getting out into the community to talk with people about her office and what she does.
In short, we can’t say enough about the good people of Edgehill and the community we live in. Nashville is such a great place and we would like nothing more than to see it truly rise up to a point where illegal drugs don’t have a place here anymore. Then the society would be at a whole new level.
